17 March — Working Week Amendments

1. On 11 March 2022, the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the “Board”) enacted the regulations and rules set out in paragraph 3 and 4, annexed to this notice (the “Regulations” and “Rules”).

2. The Board has directed the Regulations and Rules to be published and accordingly they
are hereby published on 17 March 2022.

3. The Regulations are:

(a) Interpretation Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022;
(b) Insolvency Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022;
(c) Companies Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022; and
(b) Application of English Law Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022.

4. The Rules are:

(a) Companies Regulations (Names Adjudication) Rules 2022 (see appendix for detailed amendments).
